Locating Homebase: enables the robot to visually locate its homebase.

Motion Detection: visual motion detector.

H-Lines: detect visual landmarks and avoid obstacles.

Face Detector: detect human faces.

Camera Calibration: calibrates the camera using homebase.

Specify Tilt Angle: get and set tilt-angle value.

Frame Forwarding: forwards raw video frames for processing outside mavis.

Frame Feed: toggle live frame feed on and off.

Logging: logs both numeric results and visual feedback (as .bmp files).
